Day - Whatever.

New sketches. I've come to the conclusion that if I really want something, I need to do it myself. I can't keep trying to be so considerate and dependent on other people for support because, when it comes down to it, I'm the one dealing with the consequences and let downs.

Day 06 - 14

So, this is what I'm working on now. I've been drawing Kevin's World of Warcraft character, Linthelina. She's a Rogue. Here's what I have so far:


She's going to be holding two daggers. I tried to make her look really agile. For some reason I think the bottom sketch in the top picture looks better.

Day 05

Fixed the other hand. I think the arm might be too long though.

Day 04

Fixed her face and back a little bit. I think the adjustments I made give her body more flow. I'm also trying to show the direction of force via the arrows.

Day 03

Ok, so I think I've correctly drawn the hand. I'm starting to get a feel for how the bones in the hand work. Next is the right hand..ugh.

Day 02

God this hand is annoying me. I'm trying to make it look like she's looking at something in it. You can see my scribbles on top. I'll perfect it tomorrow.

Day 01

Hey everyone. This is my new blog. It's a project 365 with a twist. Instead of taking pictures, I'm going to draw something new everyday. I'm trying to get better and this is a way to track my progress....and I made a New Year's resolution..that I haven't been keeping. So I'm drawing FIVE pictures today and posting them. Check back for updates!


Update*: Ok, So I kind of got a little interested in this sketch I started. I'm going to keep working on it so instead of five pics, I'm going to post that. I still haven't worked all the bugs out of using drawings instead of photos. It's a work in progress.
